How much will shipping cost?Shipping is free on orders of $1,500.00 or more.
Where do you ship to?
For international shipments, we will deliver to the nearest customs-broker or destination as specified within a limited from our location.
For domestic orders, we will ship within a limited radius nearest to our location. However, we suggest that you call to inquire about special shipping requirements: 1 (305) 623-8212.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unless you request specific shipping arrangements orders are usually scheduled on the next available delivery date. It may take longer during the holiday season. The actual shipping time will depend on where you are also located.
What if my order is damaged when it arrives?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is damage, make sure it is noted on the bill of lading before you sign it. If you receive your items in an unsatisfactory condition or there is a defect, we will replace the item(s) for you at no charge.
