You may return or exchange your purchased item to New Venezia for Exchange only with recipt and in original packaging.
Items will not be accepted for exchange if received one week later from the date of invoice.
Merchandise can only be exchanged if not opened used or washed. Items will be exchanged for the same price as priced at the time of return.
All sheet sets sales are final. No thread count is guaranteed.
You are responsible for accepting products from the shipping company. If you notice damages to the package you should refuse.
Defective Equipment Exchanges
It is rare that items are defective, but in the event you do receive a defective product contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1 (305) 623-8212. Our technical support department will troubleshoot the problem with you. If the item is deemed defective, we will issue return label at no cost. Once the item is received, we will test it and send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
The process for returning items for Exchange or Refund is simple:
1) Download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Be sure to read instructions carefully.
2) Be sure to place item in adequate packaging to ensure it is not damage during shipping.
3) Include the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with your returned item.
4) Once we receive your item we will contact you by email.

Avoid Restocking Fee
NewVenezia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose a 15% restocking fee that may be charged for all returns.
It is your responsibility to ensure that item includes all accessories, pieces, manuals, manufacturerâ€™s literature, warranty cards and information as well as the its original packaging is received in â€œAs-New Conditionâ€. As-New Condition means the items and any and all accessories, pieces, manuals, manufacturerâ€™s literature, warranty cards and information and original packaging are not scratched, cosmetically altered, no physical wear or tear, no elements of dirt and stains and products must not be missing any items whatsoever.
Shipping Your Return or Exchange
You, as the Customer, are responsible for paying for return postage costs when shipping an item for an exchange or return due to it not being a defective item. Retuned items should be shipped in a box or packaging to ensure the item and its original packaging is not damaged. Items received without adequate packaging and are damaged shall not qualify for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
NewVenezia reserves the right to accept any and all returns at its sole discretion. If you are found to return items more than three (3) times in a calendar year, your returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to additional shipping and handling fees.
